Looking for a way to burn calories and de-stress? Join us Mondays and Thursdays from 12:15-1:45 p.m.

Rebekah Ray will be teaching the class in the Ben McNair Community Center Arts Room. All levels and ages are invited. Those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. Yoga mats and bands will be provided. You may want to bring a towel and water bottle. ??‍♀️?‍♂️
