The Mushroom Man will also teach you how easy it is to grow your own mushrooms indoors and provide you with a mushroom grow kit to take home and apply what you’ve learned. Lastly\, you will learn how to confidently forage the forest and prepare and/or preserve your findings with foraging expert\, Natasha Freeman. \n–About your hosts:–Tanner Hammond is the owner of Mushrooms Man Tan\, a mushroom farm based out of Daphne\, Alabama. He started as a chef 11 years ago and then stumbled into the fantastic world of mushrooms 3 years ago.
