Low Impact Aerobics

A low impact exercise workout where participants are often seated while exercising. The exercise moves are safe, effective and fun.
Class meets every Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30-11:15AM at the Ben McNair Community Center (300 N 12th Ave). No registration required, and the class is free.
