The History of Cotton Row
It is no secret that the Mississippi Delta has some of the richest soil in the south and this ground has cultivated many a crop over the past couple of hundred years. The Cotton House sits right in the middle of where farmers from throughout the Delta would come to sell their crops, hence the nickname Cotton Row.
